Double stage Fruit pulping machine
Usage: This machine can be used to pulp on the following fruits;
1 stone fruits after the stone has been removed, such as mango, peach, apricot, date;
2 Also used for the baccas (Chinese goose beery and strawberry);
3 kernel fruits after been cooked and softened(such as apple,pear,pumpkin)
Characteristics:
The double stage pulping machine adopts two stages pulping to enhance the quality of the fruit pulp, to make it even thinner and separate the dreg with fruit in further.
1 fruit pulp and the dreg separate automatically;
2 can be mounted in a processing line, and also can perform the production by own.
3 All the material where contact with the product is made of high quality stainless steel which are in standard of food requirements.
4 Easy to clean and disassemble and assemble.

Our pulping / finishing machines process tomatoes, fruits and vegetables into semi liquid or liquid state according to customer needs. Details
The pulper / refiner is specially used for baby food processing. In this case, it reduces the volume of preheated vegetable puree and converts it into a form suitable for baby food. Its processing capacity also includes mixing ingredients (such as fruits and vegetables) during processing.
